We have been engaged in maintenance and management work for an ever-increasing number of reefer containers amid a constantly changing international logistics environment ever since our establishment in 1972.

Reefer containers are transported from country to country and from region to region under a range of conditions and go through long trips that can at times be called severe, this is amid maintaining optimal temperatures and humidity for each type of cargo, including refrigerated and fresh products, pharmaceutical products, and precision equipment, etc., and delivered to the people who need them.

We can not only repair containers but we also specialize in reefer container maintenance work such as pre-trip inspections and unit temperature monitoring, etc., in order to maintain an optimal state for all reefer containers that accumulate at container terminals. We will work even harder going forward in order to pass on the repair technologies and know-how we have developed across many years to the next generation.

In regard to the reinforcement of safety activities, which are extremely important for our company at present, every single employee, including the president, are acutely aware of safety and activities to anticipate crises, and they carry out their daily work with the utmost care.

In addition, with regard to securing human resources, an aspect which has become a very serious issue for industries in Japan, our company also remains in a difficult situation and we recently welcomed our first foreign national employee as part of our globalization. We are fortunate to be blessed with excellent human resources, and we have found success in our smooth internal communications. We would like to actively work toward securing more human resources using this opportunity.

Going forward, we will remain focused on “strengthening safety activities” and on human resource reinforcement and training as essential conditions for management, and we will make company-wide efforts to acquire and refine technologies.
